Commercial VCT repair and replacement
Approximately 2,500 sq ft of VCT repair/replacement work at a Dollar General location, followed by buffing and waxing.

Office build-out and tenant-improvement flooring around access, schedule, LVT/LVP, carpet tile, floor prep, estimating and trade coordination.
Choose by zone: carpet tile may fit work areas with acoustic priorities, while approved resilient flooring may fit entries or circulation. Compare rolling chairs, cleaning and repair access. Coordinate finished heights where systems meet.
Include drawings, measured quantities, product specifications, substrate assumptions, demolition, transitions, phasing and access rules. Identify alternates, exclusions and how discovered prep is priced. A clear bid package makes proposals easier to compare.
Removal can expose adhesive, damaged panels, moisture concerns, cracks or surface differences between rooms. Record those findings before installing over them. Resolve additional preparation and approval responsibilities promptly.
Inspect early, order verified quantities and phase the work around access and reopening constraints. Account for furniture moves and product-specific curing. A fast installation promise is less useful than a workable sequence for the occupied space.
Combining carpet tile and LVT can separate acoustic work zones from entries or other spaces with different cleaning needs. Plan the transition, height and layout so the combination functions as one project. Check each system's requirements independently.
These are conservative project summaries from the documented Final Floors project record. They are evidence examples—not claims that every property in a city has the same conditions.

Before you call, gather your city, room sizes, current material, photos of the problem, moisture history and desired timing. Ask for a written scope covering removal, preparation, materials, installation and transitions.
