Water can expose problems in both the finish floor and the assembly below it. Once qualified mitigation and drying are complete, our role is the flooring phase: assess the affected system, define the repair or replacement scope, prepare the substrate and complete the flooring putback.
Final Floors handles the flooring reconstruction phase. Active extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, sewage cleanup and fire/smoke mitigation belong with qualified mitigation or remediation providers before flooring putback begins.

We assess the affected finish floor, flooring-related subfloor conditions, flatness, transitions, access and the requirements of the replacement or repair system.
The written flooring scope identifies necessary subfloor repair, preparation, leveling, underlayment or other system-specific work before finish flooring is installed.
Hardwood, LVP/LVT or carpet is installed using the method and preparation required for the actual product, substrate and project conditions.
Project photos, material details and the completed flooring scope are organized for the homeowner, followed by a final walkthrough and care guidance.
